The plushness of an ultra-first class suite and the comfort of a business class seat on Singapore Airlines' new Airbus 380 and Boeing 787-10 planes await shoppers and workers at several places this month.

The airline is taking a mock-up of these interiors on a feel-the-experience roadshow to shopping malls and business districts.

Mounted on customised trucks, it is at Tanjong Pagar Centre today and tomorrow, and will be at Ion Orchard this weekend.

On May 28, it will be at Fusion-opolis, and the following two days, at Suntec City.

The roadshow received a warm reception when it pulled up earlier this week at Vivo City and Ocean Financial Centre, said the airline's spokesman.

"It allows visitors to experience the new products first-hand," she added. Thousands of visitors are expected at the roadshow.

The new A-380 made its debut on the airline's Singapore-Sydney route last December, while the B787-10, which SIA is the first to operate, took to the skies last month.
