SINGAPORE - This time next year, budget carrier Scoot expects to be operating from Terminal 1 at Changi Airport, after being at T2 since it started flying in June 2012.

There are good reasons for the impending move which was announced by the airline and Changi Airport Group on Thursday (Nov 15).
