NTUC assistant secretary-general Melvin Yong is calling for the year-old New Rail Financing Framework (NRFF) to be revised to ensure rail operators remain motivated in a period of diminishing profitability.
He revealed that discussions with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) are under way.
