SINGAPORE - Unable to get their deposits returned, customers of bicycle-sharing firm oBike are turning to banks for help.

The Straits Times understands that one Singapore bank has received more than 100 inquiries from customers in the past week about oBike transactions via their credit or debit cards, following oBike's announcement on Monday (June 25) that it was shutting down.
