SINGAPORE - Some ultra-luxury car brands including Rolls-Royce and Ferrari look set to record a better year for sales, with figures in the first half of 2023 already nearing those recorded for the whole of 2022.
Most of the cars were registered between March and May, as buyers rushed to place their orders after news of a tax hike in February.
