SINGAPORE - Food delivery rider Muhammad Riau Alfian, 28, had just completed a delivery and was heading back to Jurong Point on Saturday morning (Aug 10) when he noticed a commotion.
A truck had flipped on its side on the road, and a stunned elderly man was trapped inside. A few people were at the scene but they did not seem sure how to help the man in the driver's seat.
