Grab-Gojek merger: Regulators should act now or forever hold their peace

SINGAPORE - It looks like ride-hailing firms Grab and Gojek are merging. Or one is acquiring the other.

Wire news agencies have reported that the two have been in talks since February this year. Now that Covid-19 has ravaged the business landscape, there is yet another reason for joining forces, rather than continuing to compete head-on and erode each other's margins.
