Singapore-based Grab has acquired Uber's South-east Asia operations for an undisclosed sum.

SINGAPORE - Grab, a regional company headquartered here, took over American rival Uber's South-east Asian business on Monday (March 26) for an undisclosed sum.
Despite weeks of speculation, both parties had remained tight-lipped about the deal until 10am on Monday.
