French oil giant to buy BlueSG's EV charging network

Five months after selling its vehicle fleet, electric car-sharing operator BlueSG is selling its network of charging stations.

The firm, owned by French engineering group Bollore, has agreed to sell its charging network to French oil giant Total, now known as TotalEnergies. Mr Franck Vitte, chief executive of BlueSG, confirmed the move, but would not disclose the transaction sum.
