SINGAPORE - The Traffic Police have identified a 28-year-old driver who was involved in an accident along West Coast Highway on Saturday.
The crash which took place after the driver's attempt at a high-speed overtaking manoeuvre was caught on a vehicle's on-board camera. A 20-second video of the incident was uploaded on YouTube on Sunday.
