Singaporeans, permanent residents (PRs) and long-term pass holders who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 will no longer have to fill in a health declaration when entering the country via the land checkpoints from tomorrow.
But all travellers arriving in Singapore via air or sea will have to continue to do so.
