81-year old cyclist taken to hospital unconscious after accident at junction of Still Road and Changi Road


An elderly male cyclist was taken to hospital unconscious after an accident involving a motorbike and bicycle at the junction of Still Road and Changi Road.

SINGAPORE - An 81-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital in an unconscious state after an accident at the junction of Still Road and Changi Road on Monday morning (July 9).

In response to queries, police said they were alerted to the accident involving a bicycle and a motorcycle at 6.17am. The male cyclist was unconscious when taken to Changi General Hospital.

In a picture posted by Facebook user Shahkeen Zarak on Facebook page Roads.sg, a motorcycle and a bicycle could be seen on the floor of the road junction. The cyclist and motorcyclist were not visible in the photo.

Investigations are ongoing.
