SINGAPORE - Business at car showrooms remained flat over the weekend, despite a fall in premiums for certificates of entitlement (COEs) across the board.

Car buyers and dealers both said premiums remain prohibitive, even at the lower rates after bids ended 4.2 per cent to 8.5 per cent lower across three categories of car COEs on Wednesday (April 20).
