Mr Kim Chang Son, the de facto chief of staff of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, flew into Singapore on Monday night and is believed to be staying at The Fullerton Hotel. At about 9.40am yesterday, he was seen leaving the Fullerton in a black Mercedes-Benz. He spent the morning at an unspecified location.

Mr Kim Chang Son, the de facto chief of staff of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, spent a few hours yesterday at the Capella Singapore hotel on Sentosa, where he is believed to have been involved in high-level meetings ahead of the Trump-Kim summit on June 12.
The Straits Times understands that an American delegation, led by White House deputy chief of staff for operations Joe Hagin, is staying at the Capella.
