The annual Toto Hongbao Draw, with a top prize of $12 million, drew long queues at several Singapore Pools outlets yesterday, including this one at Block 301, Ubi Avenue 1. Punters hope to strike it rich in the draw tonight. This year's jackpot is less than the record $14 million in 2016.
