SINGAPORE - A Thailand-born man who was serving his National Service (NS) when he got his Singapore citizenship revoked, has been given a second chance to apply to become a Singaporean again.

Mr Koh Huan Yin, 22, was born in Thailand to a Thai mother and Singaporean father, and was a Singaporean.
