From the outside, T4 - Changi Airport's new passenger terminal - looks finished. But it will not be ready to receive travellers and visitors yet - the opening is slated for the second half of next year. The new terminal will have more self-service and automated options for check-in, baggage tagging, immigration clearance and aircraft boarding.
