With her nose buried in a stack of biology notes, and her laptop open in front of her, 15-year-old Erica Chin looks just like any other student revising for the final-year examinations.

But there was something out of place in this scene on a typical Monday afternoon: She was studying in the Cold Storage supermarket at Fusionopolis, where she is seated at a bar table with rows of dairy products neatly displayed in a refrigerator in front of her.
