As Facebook moves to contain a growing data scandal involving political consulting firm Cambridge Analytica, it is also increasingly being forced to tackle a different problem: uneasy employees.

Amid weeks of public backlash over its handling of user data, there have emerged reports that morale at the company has been hurt - with some employees said to have looked into transfers to the company's other divisions like WhatsApp and Instagram.
