Synopsis: In this new podcast series for 2018, The Straits Times takes a close look at one key news talking point each week.

Time magazine, The Financial Times and The Telegraph are just some of the many top news publications that featured photos of the historic June 12 Trump-Kim summit in Singapore taken by ST executive photojournalist Kevin Lim. How did he get those prized shots?

He also gives budding photographers tips on what kind of equipment they need to capture similar scenarios at official meetings or even at sports events, as he also covered swimmer Joseph Schooling's historic triumph at the 2016 Olympics.

A curation of Mr Lim's works is up on display at the Programme Zone of the National Library. The mini exhibition was put up on Monday (June 25) as a lead-up to an askST talk session, which will be conducted by Mr Lim on Friday.
