Radio station Money FM 89.3 takes to the airwaves today with a smorgasbord of financial topics, from business updates to personal investing and share market action.
The English-language Money FM 89.3 - Singapore's first business radio station - will also feature general news and discussions on wider social issues such as health, education and music.
It will have access to wide-ranging content from parent company Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), including business news from The Straits Times and The Business Times.
The station will also work with SPH unit ShareInvestor, which has one of the largest investor relations networks in Asia.
Money FM 89.3 will have four main programmes.
At 6am, veteran DJs Elliott Danker and Yasmin Jonkers will discuss the top business stories in Singapore and around the world, give market updates and identify companies to watch and other trends.
DJ Howie Lim takes over at 10am to discuss property investing and the challenges facing small and medium-sized enterprises.
At 2pm, DJ Claressa Monteiro will helm a lifestyle segment.
DJ Desmond Wong follows at 4pm with a round-up of the day's news and trading activities across Asia and Europe.
He will also look ahead to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange and discuss the day's headlines with analysts.
On weekends, listeners can tune in from 7am to noon for tips from veteran DJ Audrey Ying on how to spend the weekend.
SPH Radio, which runs Money FM 89.3, launched 96.3 Hao FM, an infotainment station aimed at Mandarin-speaking listeners aged 45 and above, earlier this month.
It also operates three other radio stations: One FM 91.3, Kiss92 and UFM100.3.
