Singapore driver puts himself in harm's way to save lives
He places his car in front of out-of-control taxi on PIE to stop it after cabby falls unconscious

Education consultant Chalmers Chin cut in front of a taxi that was moving erratically, allowing it to strike his car and come to a halt. The driver of the cab, which was ferrying two women and two children, had fallen unconscious at the wheel. He later died in hospital. ST understands that he might have suffered a heart attack.

To save lives, a Singaporean driver deliberately caused a road accident.
Education consultant Chalmers Chin was driving to work in his Volkswagen Golf GTI on the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) in Bukit Timah at about 8.30am on Tuesday when he saw a ComfortDelGro taxi moving erratically in front of him.
