SINGAPORE - Only selected e-services are available on the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board website which is still down on Tuesday (Dec 15) morning.

The CPF Board is still working to restore the online services fully, and members may experience slower response time during this time, according to an update on the website.

The e-services currently available are the checking and printing of account balances, contribution history and transaction history.

Employers can also carry out CPF e-submissions through www2.cpf.gov.sg/ert.

The CPF Board said on Monday (Dec 14) night that, together with its vendor Microsoft, it had identified the cause to be an "integration component" used by the website which malfunctioned because of high traffic and caused the wrong information to be displayed.

Meanwhile, the CPF board has extended the queue ticket issuance timing from 5pm to 6pm on weekdays at its five service centres at Bishan, Jurong, Robinson Road, Tampines and Woodlands.

The CPF call centre's operating hours have also been extended from 6pm to 7pm on weekdays.

For inquiries and transactions, members and employers can e-mail CPF Board at member@cpf.gov.sg / employer@cpf.gov.sg or contact the CPF call centre on 1800-227-1188.
