Alleged victim says she went to campus to study with him after they met via Instagram

A Singapore Management University (SMU) undergraduate has been arrested for aggravated outrage of modesty on campus, with the alleged victim telling The Straits Times on Thursday that she had gone there to study with him.

She is a 20-year old undergraduate doing psychological science and is not from SMU. They had met on social media platform Instagram, she added.
