SINGAPORE - The $100 Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers rolled out for each household on Dec 13, 2021, came just in time for many Singaporeans, who are using them for their Chinese New Year shopping at the heartlands this year.

Heartland shops that are on the scheme said the bulk of their customers are using the vouchers, which have helped push sales.
