Singapore businesses score amid World Cup fever

SINGAPORE - Les Blues emerged victorious early on Monday morning (July 16), winning the 2018 Fifa World Cup in style against Croatia in the final match played in Moscow. But France was not the only winner from the tournament.

Businesses in Singapore scored too, with food and beverage establishments in particular enjoying robust increases in sales during the month-long football festival.
