SINGAPORE - The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) has increased its fleet of ambulances by 35 per cent since last year to cope with the surge in Covid-19 cases in the community.

This is among the measures that SCDF has in place to manage the rise in 995 calls and prioritise life-threatening emergencies, it said in a Facebook post on Monday (Feb 28).
