SINGAPORE - Ironically, it was his arrest and subsequent rehabilitation that made Mark's parents feel they have their "son back".
Mark (not his real name), 16, now communicates a lot more with his parents and their bond is much stronger after he and his parents started on the Functional Family Probation last year.
