SINGAPORE - When Mr Kenneth Tan reached London's Heathrow Airport for his flight back to Singapore on Sunday (July 17) night, he was met by chaos everywhere he looked.
"Staff members were shouting over the noise to usher customers to departure halls. The signs to different halls were not clear at all.
