SINGAPORE - Service resumed at Punggol LRT after a disruption of about half an hour.

"Punggol LRT has resumed full service. Free bus rides are still available," it tweeted at 6.23pm.

SBS Transit tweeted at 5.59pm that there was no service at the LRT line due to a power fault.

It added that free bus rides and bridging bus services were available. These ceased at around 6.50pm.

Videos from a Lianhe Zaobao reader showed commuters getting off an LRT train that was stuck and walking on the tracks.
