SINGAPORE - One challenge for Temasek Polytechnic student Matthew Ng during the three years he took to complete his information technology diploma was moving about campus to get to class.
Diagnosed with cerebral palsy when he was nine months old, Mr Ng walks with an unsteady gait and struggles to keep his balance. His speech is also slurred.
