The annual Shangri-La Dialogue will resume in Singapore as an in-person gathering from June 4 to 5, with an event "bubble" centred on the hotel venue.
The dialogue, which gathers high-level defence policymakers from around the world to discuss security issues, was cancelled for the first time last year, because of the pandemic.
