Police looking for duo who left scene after hit-and-run accident in Tanjong Pagar

SINGAPORE - The police are looking for a car driver and his passenger after they left the scene of an accident in Tanjong Pagar on June 26.
The accident, which involved two cars and a taxi, occurred at the junction of Tanjong Pagar Road and Cook Street, said the police.
The police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force were alerted to the incident at about 6.30pm.
Two men – a 68-year-old taxi driver and the driver of one of the cars, 60 – were taken to Singapore General Hospital.
The police said the driver and the passenger of the other car left the accident scene before they arrived, and efforts to trace the duo are under way.
Police investigations are ongoing.
