The hottest Instagram spot among tourists in Singapore is not a row of houses in Joo Chiat or the city's famous skyline. The most snap-worthy place is a hidden stairwell in Fort Canning Park.
When this reporter went to check out the place yesterday afternoon, there were at least 15 people sweating it out in a queue for their turn to snap pictures.
