SINGAPORE - Inspired by overseas universities that offer undergraduates casual and confidential meetings with counsellors, a polytechnic here started doing the same for its students.

Since 2019, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) students could book 20-minute sessions to chat with counsellors in rooms on campus without providing much personal information.
