SINGAPORE - While solutions could be found for the challenges linked to academic learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, other aspects of children's development including fitness took a hit.
In an interview with The Straits Times, Madam Liew Wei Li, director-general of education at the Ministry of Education (MOE), said physical development was affected, particularly with disruptions to physical education classes, camps and co-curricular activities in the past two years.
