More needy pupils joining student care centres after school

More than 700 children from disadvantaged families joined student care centres (SCCs) last year as a result of efforts by schools to support pupils in need.
All primary schools have stepped up efforts since last year to identify and enrol pupils who would benefit most from after-school care in school-based SCCs, said the Ministry of Education (MOE).
