SINGAPORE - When Nanyang Girls' High School pushed back its school start time by 45 minutes to 8.15am five years ago, housewife Kathryn Toh cheered for her daughter, a Secondary 4 student there.

And Mrs Toh, 53, also felt the move was a good one for parents. "It's a win-win," she said.
