After nearly 30 years working in several industries, switching to the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) felt like a homecoming for Mr Thong Chee Chung.
The 57-year-old, who is now director of the school of electronics and infocomm technology at ITE College West, came from the institute's predecessor, known as the Vocational and Industrial Training Board (VITB).
