SINGAPORE – One student took on five internships in three years. Another started interning at age 16, while yet another interned for two years.

Internships are now a part of curriculum requirements in many polytechnic and university courses, but some Gen Z interns aged 26 and under see them as a way to explore different interests and advance their career prospects.
