It has been six months since Paul Chew started Primary 1, and his mother, Mrs Lily Chew, laughs heartily when asked about the experience.
"Not bad. I think he survived it," says the 35-year-old former primary school teacher who runs an English enrichment outfit, Lil' but Mighty Education Centre.
