SINGAPORE - To prepare children for Primary 1, some mums and dads would send them to tuition and enrichment classes.
But if the classes focus on completing worksheets and exercises, it takes the fun out of learning, says research scientist Dr Ng Ee Lynn from National Institute of Education's (NIE) Centre of Research in Child Development, Office of Education Research.
