A Singaporean died in a paragliding accident in India, barely a month after surviving a magnitude-7.4 earthquake in Central Sulawesi province, Indonesia, where he helped rescue victims from the rubble.

Mr Ng Kok Choong, 53, was found dead by rescuers in the Dhauladhar mountain range, a Himalayan chain of snow-capped mountains, on Tuesday.
