SINGAPORE - Patrons of future Housing Board (HDB) coffee shops can look forward to more affordable food choices and innovative features.

Later this year, HDB will start evaluating tenders for coffee shops that it oversees on other factors - such as whether an operator has a variety of affordable food options - apart from the bidding price.
