Ready to help shape Singapore’s future? It’s now as simple as answering a few questions.

The National Youth Council has rolled out a series of quick online surveys to get Singaporeans to share their views and ideas on issues that matter to youth, such as sustainability, community engagement and the diverse pathways to success.

The online surveys are hosted on CrowdTaskSG, a web portal developed by GovTech for government agencies in Singapore to engage citizens and gather insights through crowdsourcing tasks. They are collectively grouped under the

SG Youth Plan Quest

, and more tasks will be added over the year.

Take part in the SG Youth Plan Quest on CrowdTaskSG, a platform that lets you share your views and help shape youth initiatives in Singapore.

No complicated forms, no lengthy commitments

Each survey contains about ten questions or fewer, and takes no more than two minutes to complete.

For every survey completed, you can earn up to 50 virtual coins and 100 experience points (XP). The coins (1,000 coins equates to $1) can be redeemed for cash rewards at any participating merchant that supports Nets QR code payment.

XP will help you climb the ranks in the CrowdTaskSG community. Every time you reach a new rank, you will earn bonus coins as incentives.

In addition to the online surveys, NYC will be launching Do Your Bit With Spark, a game on CrowdTaskSG in early April 2025 to encourage more people to contribute their views and ideas. You will also stand a chance to win exciting prizes like travel, lifestyle and shopping vouchers.*

It is a three-tiered challenge where every question shapes the nation’s path forward. Here’s how it works:

Collect and respond: Gather question boxes throughout the game environment and share your views.

Earn points: Collect gems and apples for points.

Overcome challenges: Navigate obstacles while advancing through increasingly complex levels.

Apart from the surveys, you can share your views on key issues and earn points in Do Your Bit With Spark, a game by NYC hosted on the SG Youth Plan Quest page.

Every answer to a survey question contributes to the SG Youth Plan across key areas, including sustainability, mental health, education and social cohesion – transforming gameplay into real policy impact.

How will your views be used to shape the SG Youth Plan?

The SG Youth Plan is a five-year action plan created by youth, for youth and for the world that they will lead. The SG Youth Plan will hold the hopes and aspirations of young Singaporeans and ideas on how they can be supported in their own development and contribute to Singapore, which will be supported by whole of society.

The insights gathered from the year-long engagements will be used to develop the plan.

Other ways to contribute

While playing Do Your Bit With Spark and taking part in the online surveys are simple ways to contribute to shaping Singapore’s future, it is not the only way you can get involved in the SG Youth Plan. There are various other opportunities to make an impact and contribute your views.

You can visit interactive roadshows happening in May and July 2025 and take part in engaging activities at SG Youth Plan themed booths and installations. Share your thoughts on the SG Youth Plan through the roadshow activities and redeem prizes. You can also attend

NYC’s upcoming youth engagement events

to connect with fellow youth and explore ideas for Singapore’s future.
