SINGAPORE – When Ms Sher Loh, 45 and Mr Jeff Teay, 44, got married in 2012, they had hoped to start a family naturally since they were both then in their early 30s.
But after a year of actively trying with no success, they decided to consult a fertility expert. Tests showed that Mr Teay, who works in the marine industry, has a low sperm count and motility.
