SINGAPORE - A 20-year-old man was arrested for dangerous driving following a routine check by the Traffic Police (TP) at East Coast Park in the early hours of Aug 31.
Replying to media queries, the police said TP officers were patrolling along East Coast Park Service Road at about 3.20am when they stopped to check a group of motorcyclists gathered at a carpark there.
Citing preliminary investigations, the police said the man had allegedly performed a dangerous stunt with his motorbike there, and was subsequently arrested.
A video posted on Singapore Roads Accident.com’s Facebook page shows two motorcyclists riding along a pavement, away from police officers.
Police investigations are ongoing.
