SINGAPORE - A trip to the doctor's office in 1990 when she was 12 years old, to have her blood tested for her Singapore identification card, ended up as a defining moment for Mrs Germaine Littlewood.
Recalling the incident, Mrs Littlewood, now 42, said the results showed she is B+. But everyone else in her family is O+.
