Local blogger Lee Kin Mun, better known as mrbrown, is known for his satirical take on sociopolitical issues such as ministerial salaries and the territorial disputes between Singapore and Malaysia.

Through videos featuring his alter ego Kim Huat, a Singlish-speaking loudmouth, he has also poked fun at micro-influencers hired by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to raise awareness of Budget 2018, including one who erroneously called the ministry "Sg govt of finance".
