SINGAPORE - Most of Singapore woke up to sweater weather on Thursday morning (July 9), as temperatures here plunge to a cool low in weeks.

Coincidentally, Thursday is also the nation's Cooling-off Day, where election campaigning is not allowed on the day before Polling Day on Friday.
